Sarjeant Propane Supports Clean Water Initiative at Naicatchewenin First Nation

We had the incredible opportunity to visit the Naicatchewenin First Nation’s water treatment facility on November 16th, 2023. As representatives from Sarjeant Propane, we were honoured to be invited to witness firsthand the remarkable progress being made to ensure clean and safe drinking water for First Nation communities across Canada.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Naicatchewenin Chief, Band Council, and staff. Their hospitality and dedication to this vital project were genuinely inspiring. For years, we have been eager to learn more about the cutting-edge technology and infrastructure that would provide the community safe access to clean water.

The tour of the water treatment facility showcased the impressive efforts to address the long- standing challenge of clean drinking water in indigenous communities.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Naicatchewenin Chief, Band Council, and staff for their warm reception and for granting us the privilege of witnessing the positive impact their leadership and efforts will have on the community. Their unwavering dedication to improving the quality of life for residents is truly commendable and inspires us to do more.

Our participation in this tour was a powerful reminder of our unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship, community engagement, and social responsibility. As Sarjeant Propane, we are proud to stand alongside Naicatchewenin First Nation in their pursuit of clean water access. We recognize that this issue is of utmost importance and pledge to continue working hand in hand with indigenous communities to find sustainable solutions.
