Sales Team Administrator – Contract 6 months possible extension to full time

We are looking for a Sales Team Administrator to work out of our Thunder Bay office. We value the commitment of our employees and provide a challenging and rewarding work environment. This position reports to the Sales Manager. The Sales Team Administrator is responsible to provide administrative support to our entire sales team. Initial training and the majority of day-to-day operational tasks will be guided by our Sales Support Specialist, for this position. There will also be constant interaction with co-workers and our Inside Sales representatives. Administrative support for our Sales Manager and Area Representatives will also be part of the administrative tasks for this position. General administrative and clerical support to assist in the processing of customer accounts will be the priority for this position. Training will be provided for company specific data entry protocols.

Administrative duties are mainly detailed data entry using our company software programs ADD ENERGY/E3 in conjunction with direction from the Sales Support Specialist. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook preferred. Attention to detail, quick data entry skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, time management with adherence to strict deadlines and teamwork skills are needed. Hours of work are 8 am to 4:30 pm in our Rosslyn, ON office location. Hourly rate of pay range is $22.50 to $24.50 per hour, as matched with applicants’ previous experience for a 40-hour work week, with half hour lunch period.
