Customer Experience/Office Administrator

The Role

The Office Administrator is responsible for dealing with inquiries on the phone, supplying requested information to the general public, clients and customers. The role will involve a variety of administrative duties and will primarily support the office staff with incoming phone calls.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay any messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Receive payments over the phone from customers
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors coming into the office
  • General Administrative and Clerical Support
  • Other duties as required


  • High school diploma is required, Business Diploma preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience within a professional office environment
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must be a quick learner who is self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have a basic understanding of Accounting (receiving and recording payments, preparing end of day balance of POS, prepare bank deposit, assist with administration of invoices)
  • Ability to handle a multi-line switchboard. Call volume estimated at 100+ calls per day

Working Conditions

Working conditions are conducive of a typical office environment – must be comfortable sitting at a desk for extended periods of time, using keyboard, phone/headset and copier/scanner.


Monday – Friday schedule from 8am-5pm.
